The company was founded/started in 1994 by Mr. Manohar Lala, and it is currently handled by a team of qualified employees that are among the greatest talents on the market. Some of the key elements of our team include quality testing personnel, marketing executives, packaging personnel, and administrative staff, who all work in unison with one another.

Indo Asian and Control & Switchgears were the initial names used by the company to serve the market. Later, in response to client demand, Schneider Electric and Connectwell / Controlwell were introduced in 2002.
